By accessing or using ProofNudge, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
ProofNudge provides embeddable social proof widgets, testimonial management, and conversion analytics for websites. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information and must not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You are responsible for all content displayed through your widgets.
Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time from your billing dashboard. Upon cancellation, your account reverts to the free Launch plan at the end of your billing period. No refunds for partial months.
You may not use ProofNudge to display false, misleading, or fabricated testimonials that misrepresent actual customer experiences. You may not use the service to distribute malware, spam, or engage in phishing or any unlawful activity.
ProofNudge is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
