We collect information you provide directly: your name, email address, and payment information when you subscribe. We also collect usage data including widget impressions, clicks, and page views to power your analytics dashboard.
We use your information to provide and improve ProofNudge services, process payments, send service communications, and generate aggregated analytics. We never sell your personal data to third parties.
Your data is stored on encrypted servers. We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, secure authentication via OAuth 2.0, and regular security audits. Payment processing is handled by Razorpay and we never store credit card information on our servers.
When visitors interact with ProofNudge widgets embedded on your site, we collect anonymized interaction data (views, clicks) tied to widget IDs. We do not track individual visitors across sites or collect personal information from your website visitors.
You can access, export, or delete your data at any time from your dashboard. If you cancel your account, we delete all your data within 30 days. For GDPR requests, contact us at hello@proofnudge.com.
